Prepare for Your Puppy
Dear Puppy Family,

We are so excited for you to be our puppy’s new family! We know you realize what a big responsibility your new pet will be and we want to help you all we can. We will give you a folder of information when you get your puppy, but there are some things you may want to get ready before your new family member comes home. Here is a checklist of somethings you will want to think about:

A Crate (make sure it’s big enough to grow into) and dog bed
Potty Pads, Waste Pick-up Bags and Cedar Bedding
Food and Water Bowls
Collar and Leash
Training Treats
Puppy Toys
Food (We'll provide you some of their current brand, but you need to decide what brand to continue with.)
We also give all our dogs a nutritional supplement. The brand we use is NuVet, and we recommend it to our puppy’s new families. We are transparent about the fact that we get an incentive from NuVet, but that’s not why we recommend it. We have seen some amazing results with our own dogs. Our oldest dog, Bullet was struggling to get up and walk around before we started giving him the supplements. Now two years later, he plays as if he’s years younger, running and jumping like he did before.
We recommend ordering NuVet before your scheduled go home day so that you can continue this regime when your puppy arrives.
Remember, good prevention starts early! For convenience and savings, you can enroll in the AutoShip program. You can order by calling 800-474-7044 and using Order Code: 434883 or ordering online at www.nuvet.com/434883.

We know that your time is valuable and so we have included two infographics to download to help you make the most informed decision.
